Once your payment is processed and the download link is delivered to your email, the product has been fully provided to you. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed, downloaded, or copied, we operate on a strict no-refund policy for all digital purchases.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Unlike physical products, digital downloads cannot be inventoried, returned, or resold. Once delivered, the buyer has full and permanent access to the content — making refunds impossible to enforce in good faith. Other reasons include:

3. What This Policy Means for You

Before purchasing Felicortex, we strongly recommend you:

4. Limited Exceptions

Duplicate accidental purchase

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us — particularly for digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed — will be contested with full evidence of delivery, including IP logs, download records, and email confirmations.

6. Acceptance of Policy
